There are places in HVI (JarmanKell's corp)... I know because I have seen 3 of them quit the corp before undocking in the last 2 days. All we wanted was an exchange of munitions :P
But you dont want to join them, if you want to mine/refine then Soldiers of Anarchy is the way to go evemail Spaceman and he will tell you who to talk to, if you want to pvp then convo or evemail Dark Avatar or Deela in game :)
