As a betatester of the "generate beta key" app, being in the control group of the have nots, i give the feedback that the app needs better control of whom the keys were already send so more people have chance to participate ;)

I am pretty sure you cannot give them away, for money or free.
By the way CCP if you read this, I am an awesome Beta tester. I have been part of multiple major closed beta tests across multiple platforms (including PS3). I know how to bug hunt, and if I got my hands on Dust I would play it around the clock. The entire reason I started playing Eve last summer was in anticipation for Dust. |

Agreed, 6 months is a long time to patiently wait after initial sign up to realise some people get multiple keys and can 'give them away'. Still patiently waiting..... |

LOL, I say you need to step into my shoes and look at it from my point of view before claiming I was unlucky. Straight up odds I can handle, skewed in favor of multiple account holders, not so much. Someone at CCP didn't take that into account when passing out beta keys. Oh well, it would have been nice to have gotten into the beta.
