Hey all, just started playing recently in a new corporation and saw this fitting for an Exequror and was wondering whether anyone has any experience with these, what strategy I would use with these and what skills I should use ad whether this works at all for a +20 player Fleet PvP situation?

I wouldn't rig it.
The offgrid thing doesn't work so hot. I'd just wait and show up late to the fight. Hope to be ignored. Most will ignore a t1 cruiser or not realize that it is doing logistics.
I'd try flying a blackbird as ecm might be more effective.

your only hope in a logistics type ship its to be far out of the fight so you need to be mobile to keep away from DPS ships (this is even more true if you are the only one in gang
