Both your math and your information are a little wrong at this topic: the research time is 117 days (4 months basically) and markup OP asking for it is 500 mill, not 700.
Hovewer I tend to agree that this print is somewhat overpriced: even at a rate of 75 mill per month of research (which is extremely generous) it's 2,3 bill, not 2,5.

With implants at a pos it was roughly 90 days of research, so yeah it probably is 4 months at a station with no implants.
You guys can assign whatever price you like for doing research, but I'm still not letting this go for less than 2.5bil regardless. Now 2.3bil will get you an unresearched bpo or possible even a lightly researched bpo if you're lucky, so you're more than welcome to shop around.
