well, 2 of the starship engineering skills are missing, but i like the good learning skills, so that shouldn't be a real problem. 
does the char have access to any R&D Agents?
Considering this character as reference, i think that around half of his buyout shoul÷d be alright. it really depends on the R&Ds a little, i guess.
what do you say?

No R&D standings to be honest, I've been using here purely for research, invention and manufacturing but as you can see I raised the social skills to start raising standings as a next task. She pushed out a freighter last week for the first time as a trial cost-run and I've made a few T2 items with her as well.
No biggie if it doesn't appeal because of the R&D. Tbh I'll probably raise standings myself if it's considered short on abilities because of it and retry in a month or so.
...
If you're still interested I wouldn't want to sell for much less than that if any, however I might be able to sweeten the deal with some items invention and research wise...

actually the R&D agents are not really so big of a deal imo.
as you said, it might be rather easy to get that on the one hand, and on the other i could just simply pass on datacores from an alt of mine.
i think it is a nice char and i am interested in buying it tbh.
edit: feel free to convo me in game, i got a day off, so plenty of time to waste ingame.  |

I have 5 L4 Amarr agents. Currently working up Lai Dai and Creodron for L4 work.
Ship invention for Amarr and Gal. Can hack and analyze. Covert Ops for low sec R&D agents.
