its true I have come to the realization that eve is lacking a civilian missile launcher therefore CCP must hate caldari (we must have a better beer tank) also whine, whine, whine whine, whine, nerf titans, gallante suck and spawn a sleeper titan in gallante space for teh LOLS. |

any weapon that can produce ammo just from attracting matter from around (empty) space is overpowered tbfh, we need less civilian weapon systems, not more |

I want to fit my Stealth Bomber with Civilian Missle Launchers, Civilian AB, Civilian Cloak, Civilian Shield Booster, and Civilian Everything else.

You must be new, caldari was the CCP posterchild for many years. They have the most R&D, the most BPO selling in their regions, best ties to jove, whenever that will matter. Best EW and weapons that doesn't need tracking to hit. It took barely any skills to get supergreat with their weapons either, it's since been fixed.
If someone else can finally compete, good. |

Civilian Missile launchers would probably be overpowered, a bullet is believable to pull from empty space, but an entire rocket is not.
They should boost the Ibis though, maybe give it like 1 or two missile hardpoints in addition to the turrent hardpoints that it currently gets.
