well as you can see in the title this is a lotto the first of many to come
rules are simple you post here with the number/s you wish to buy at 3m a ticket send me the isk ingame and ill put you down.
i will draw as soon as all the tickets are bought if something goes wrong you will all recieve a refund.
theres only 10 tickets up for grabs so chances are you may win 
the prize atm is a tier 1 bc(ferox) but if it works ill do different races and ship types.
i will also use a random number gen to make sure its all fair.
the prize will be on contract in jita 4-4 - caldari navy.

I was contacted as a random third party on this lotto
To keep everything as legit as possible i used the US Powerball as the random number gen
Like most LOTTOS i used the power ball number, but due to the low ticket amount i used the LAST number of the powerball..
