Does anyone know of a good (tested ) omen setup for npc hunting? I have been trying for the past couple of days to come up with a setup, but nothing works. It looks to me that it suffers from lack of pg....  (so if dev see this I would recomand an pg increase for the omen)....anyways thanks in advance for help with the omen fitting ..

I use:
Hi's:
4x named medium pulse lasers (frigate sized)
1x Med Nosferatu
Med:
1x MWD
1x Named Webber
1x medium cap booster
low:
1x 400mm armor plates
2x small named armor repairers
1x tracking mod
1x Tech 2 Dmg mod
coupled with 6 medium scout drones (i use warriors) it works pretty good for lvl2 agent missions if that's what you want to do. It should also work pretty well for NPC hunting against frigates.

Actually I am looking for a setup to take on lvl 3 missions. I thought the Omen has some great potential for a damage dealer cruiser...(not just as a gank mode)..but now I realzize that it doesnt have the pg for it. But if someone has a good (tested) setup to deal with lvl 3 missions plz feel free to post it... thx

For agent missions get yourself a Maller. Seriously.
Here's a standard "Duramaller" setup that can handle pretty much any mission easily:
Highs: 5 Medium Pulse Lasers (named if possible. I use modulated pulses) 1 Med. Nosferatu.
Meds: 1x 100Mn Afterburner, 1x Large Cap Battery (I use Perox), 1x Cap Recharger
Lows: 2x Small Armor Repairer II's, 2x Armor Hardeners (appropriate to the NPCs you will be going against), 1x Heatsink II (replaced by another hardener when going against tougher NPCs), 1x Cap Relay.
Works beautifully.
