But lately have been in conversation with some capital producers in 0.0 that wish not to be named. They offered me the opportunity to produce capital components and sell to them straight away, so guaranteed market, which I want to take advantage of. I will be mainly seeking to sell on the open market and find other business deals once this is underway The Plan. They highlighted components that they are in most demand of, I would be looking to purchase with the help of public funding: Capital Sensor Cluster Capital Capacitor Battery Capital Shield Emitter Capital Jump Drive Capital Computer System Capital Construction Parts Capital Ship Maintenance Bay Capital Corporate Hangar Bay I would produce these in high sec close to the delivery point they have specified then haul using freighter, this is all high sec. Any that are not sold to said builder will be placed on the market or I will speak out extra business links with other producers. I will be purchasing multiple bpoÆs of the same type for the most profitable bpoÆs. If any investors would like an exact list of the bpoÆs I will be purchasing I will gladly mail you it, but wish to keep the private for now to prevent competition. I will be purchasing researched bpoÆs so that production can begin immediately. It has been arranged to have the bpoÆs locked down by Kazzac Elentria, here I have to specify they will be in a shared corp were other can cancel any build jobs in progress but canÆt take them although he assures me this will not happen. This mean the only unsecured part of your investment is the minerals purchased I have to do my self to allow me to begin production. I am currently in the process of making a holding alt with which to handle the dividends pay out with, details soon. Reporting - Every last Saturday of the month I will report my Current Nav. This will be based on all bpo's +5% NPC Price due to research, Minerals at current market value, all build and building comps at Mineral Value not component Value. Will also post a mid month, monthly progress report, around the 15th of each month Payments - I will then Subtract Current Nav from the last months NAV (After Payments and Dividends) that will give me total actual Profit for the month. I will then take 20% of that for my personal Gain as my payment for the work, 10% will be put back into the Corp for Mineral Stocks, Buy Backs, and new BPO's if needed. The remaining 70% of that will be paid in dividends. Buy Backs - After 6 months I will offer buybacks of shares for 95% of value. I hold the right to sell these shares back to public again to keep my operation going if needed. (This is not 95% of original share value, it is at 95% of most recent share value) Liquidation - At the time of closing this due to profits being to low, or just tired of it, all Liquidation Isk will be paid out to Share Holders taking 7.5% for my work. The corporation currently has 1000 shares these will be sold at 15million each giving 15billion which will be used to purchase the bpoÆs and get production underway. Taking 1 month to be 3 weeks, average profit per week will be 400mil totalling 1,2bil per month, after subtracting the 20% management fee and the 10% for reinvestment this leave 840mil left over to be paid out as dividends, giving a 5.6% return. Dividends payments will begin on the last Saturday of July (25th), as is the start of the IPO first 2 months of dividends payments may be smaller than expected, due to getting production underway. If Kazzac is happy to do so, all isk will be given to him to act as a broker to purchase the bpoÆs, once they have been purchased and remaining isk will be used to purchase minerals to begin production. I will be setting the bpoÆs to build on 6 day cycles meaning every 7th day the produce is listed on the market and new minerals
