This is a decently focused Caldari mission runner or faction warfare alt.
Makes a good WH support alt as well.
Highlights
Assault Frigates (Harpy / Hawk)
T2 small hybrids & blasters
+3 Implants
T2 small and medium combat drones
Good learning skills, though not overly done. (4/3)
Few, if any, wasted skill points (no industry, trade, etc)
Can pull level 4 missions w/Spacelane Patrol
Can fly Drake/Ferox, Raven and Rokh
Mostly gunnery, but has cruise missiles, working on missile skills
Active Clone (to 9.8m sp)
Remap Available
Great WH support alt - can fly badger II, salvage, and scan down whs

Someone pointed out that the when viewing this character in-game, his standings show up as being less than I posted here. This is due to his 'connections' skill, which does not appear to be accounted for when viewed with a different character.
His spacelane standings are (currently) 5.84 (with connections), and i will continue to work on them this evening.
