It appears that the money for the first Titan BPO has been collected. In the interest of full disclosure can we have any one of the four trustees state that the BPO has been purchased and is in locked down mode? Thanks.
EDIT: Will be sending my isk when I hear an affirmative to that.

This is not yet the case. Due to cancellations, no shows and delayed payments I have promoted a number of reservations from block 2 into block 1, yours being one of those.
Being a bit gunshy about investments I purposely made my reservation to be in the 2nd block to see how the 1st BPO buy went.
Please allow my paymnet to remain in the 2nd BPO buy.

You bought them you are in for the whole show unless you sell them.

It would appear that the 3rd and 4th titan BPO's will not be bought.
Now comes the time when people will wonder what Bobby will do.
Give back all the isk sent in or refund as he said. 
I have two refunds coming.

Our guys were taking about this.
Say PL decides they want to take out a fleet with titans. They bring 10 of them alone with supporting caps. They instantly kill 10 caps. There is a four minute wait: They kill another 10 caps. Four minutes more: 10 more caps. In the space of 12 minutes you have just killed 30 caps.
Let's say you can't one shot cap ships and it takes two titans to kill a cap. That is still 15 caps dead in 12 minutes plus what ever other caps your dreads are killing off. That is a huge drop in DPS and I'm sure it would break any cap fleet and make them run.
Or they will counter hot drop with their titans. 
Either way the ship builders are going to be making out.
So I think you will see Titans running in packs after this.
You will need more of them not less.
