Hello,
I would like to inform the good people of eve about todays events. I will start by saying what we all know. FoA has caused nothing but fear and hardship to many of the good citizens of eve. It is a mennace that will trouble you no more. The FoA has been disbanded. It is unfortunate it took so long.
What you wouldn't know is why. This corp has been tun into the ground by bad leadership and corruption. Its members have been very unhappy for a while now, i personaly have held talks with both our director and ceo to try and change things. But i was basically told when i brought my fellow members concerns forward to "Tell them to **** off and leave if they dont like it", this is the attitude we constantly faced. So we took it upon ourselves to change things. I have been talking to my fellow FoA members to arrange our new beginings and i ask anyone who i haven't to please contact me in game. Tank screwed alot of the members, they mined and mined but got nothing. unless u were one of his favorites u were treated like this. He has lost 6 moas in 2 weeks(yes 6), and puts him self into a new one the same/next day, from minerals we mine. He wont listen to anyone and has about 30 corps wanting to kill us. We even had to make a rule not to leave our home system beacuse we had so many enemies.
So you will be glad to know that we have set up a new corp and we look forward to gaming with you from a new view of eve.
P.S Tank (not Tank CEO anymore) u have some neck asking the citizens of eve to help u out. U are not a very popular person im afraid to tell ya. In fact ive already got 5 mails sent to me saying thank you and congrats.
ive even been offered freindship and support. And thank you to all who have, i will get back to u soon. It hasn't been a easy decission but thanks for the support.
P.P.S will ex members of FoA plz contact me. Ur days of been screwed over those who were not his little pets are over. You will be welcome and i will compensate all who wish not to join.

If all that you say is true then I can understand why you left.
BUT I do think that you really have some neck in playing the all righteous and honorable man after stealing Blueprints worth 200 million isk. Honorable employees and righteous CEOs just leave, they donŠt steal and they donŠt come poking their former CEOs while they lay face down on the ground. The day will come where youŠre in the same position as he is now. Do you want somebody to kick you in the face then? I guess not.

We ditnt steal anything, we only took what was ours. We have half the corp backing us up, the other half is Tanks friends.

Oh so you took what was yours... I see.
Is that what your members are going to say when they leave corp someday while taking several BPs with them?
When you work for a corp then you accept the value of your actions to be placed in the hands of that corp. Whether the corp acts to help and support you or not doesnŠt play a role. Claiming corp-goods like BPs as personal property when leaving is NOT right... even when your reasons are ok.

Why does it matter if the other members are tanks friends. Does being his friend make it not stealing?
Why would you join a pirate corp in the first place if you where worried about enemies?
It doesn't matter if ppl like tank or not, you stole the BPs from a corp, you're a thief plain and simple.

I did not take anything for my personally, the bps are in OUR custody and will remain that way. Its not ME or Paddyman who took anything its US.

Haha! Is anyone surprised people that like to PK to screw other poeple can't manage themselves very well either? I love that people come into these games thinking "Finally I can be the jerk I always wanted to be!" and then have to learn from scratch why restraint and law are GOOD things.

Actually given the reports of corp theft and such I'll hold my judgement till I see 1 thing:
Whether or not the new corp deletes their characters or chooses to face whatever Tank might throw at them.
If they stand as they are, they 'stole' (won't get into the debate over who rightfully owns what) things 'fair and square' I'd say. And in the manner encouraged by CCP over creating an alt to thieve and delete ;)

I just want to say congrats guys. You did the right thing. It was Tanks devotion to M3G4 and their sinaster ways along with the poor treatment of the members of FOA that brought you down. There is nothing like being affiliated with that scum to label you as bad guys. Heck, I even fired on you guys. But after a nice talk we worked things out.
As far as I am concerned Tank got what he deserved. Good riddence.

Most of what they said is lies. Heres my side of the story.
First off, my punishment for members for losing a Moa cruiser was 1-3 days without a cruiser. We are a small corporation so I set a limit to 1 moa a day because I know most of my members didn't like to mine. We continued production of 1 moa a day.
As far as Paddy saying that I told them to "**** off" when ever some 1 had a problem that is a complete lie, Paddyman, you never personally started a converstation with me discussing any problems in the corporation.
Second, I was never told the corporation was unhappy. 1 member finally told me after we lost everything that people were pist that when I lost a Moa, I got right back in 1 the next day or that same day.
I have lost about 5 Moa's in a months time. 4 of them due to mostly bugs of the game but thats sorta irrelevant. These members left because they didn't like that they had to wait 1-3 days if they lost a moa compared to me I am next in line. But ****, Im the freakin CEO of the damn corp, it is accustom for me to get right back in a Moa. I am a HUGE as part to the reason why we are here were we used to be with a MOA BP ORIGINAL. Our numbers were 15-20 when we got it!!! Sucha small corporation to get a moa bp original you know.
I have mined for 2 months to get where i was and here come jerks like these guys to come take it away. Here was my time playing on EVE.
I get eve, I mined for a week or 2 mining arkanor and bistot by myself. I then bought the Merlin BP and was one of the first to sell a Merlin in Lonetrek which i was pretty much the only 1 mining for them cept for like 2 others helping me. I then bought the Badger Blueprint and then recruited about 5 more members. WE then mined and saved up for the black bird bp and recruited/mined some more. Finally, we finally get the Moa bp outa our current numbers which took us about 2 months to get of endless mining. You guys lost ships, I lost some ships, I helped mine and get you back in cruisers. I have mined for 2 months, you bet your ass im going to get in a Moa the following DAY.
You know what the problem is, you guys were spoiled with the Moa's. I gave them out freely, we all helped mine to get u in Moas, I mined endlessly for 4-8 hours a day to make u guys happy and get u in cruisers. I fullfilled that. We have 20 members, you know how freaking hard it is to get people in Moa's? Overtime, I mined alot, I was a huge part of getting this original and here you come and steal it because you don't get in one the next couple of days, you couldnt stand the punishment VEGE. Tibor also had a cruiser, he lost it tho. Thats tuff luck, he was next in line to get one then he screws me too. hah, you couldnt wait 2 more days you spoiled bratt.
It takes time tog et you all in Moa's aviously u just dont have the patience.
That was my/FoA's bp and I owned a large portion of it and I worked my ass for it. You had no right to call it yours and to take it from us.
As far as all you people that say I got what i deserved, I feel pity for you. I am simply playing the role as a pirate and I did not deserve this. This guy set us back 2 months worth. I/we spent tons of hours getting to where we were. No one deserves to be stolen from their own corp members especially all of the corps blue prints.
What you sow you shall reap 3x3 vegeta, mock my words, you shall sow what u reaped 3x3 I promise. You have no heart at all, you new if we lost that blue print many of us woulda quit EVE. But you did not care one bit u selfish *******. I will hunt you down and make u quit and treat you like the way you just did me. I will pod kill you, my goal now is to destroy your corporation. Do you think im just going to sit back while u construct ships with OUR freaking Blueprint? You wont be able to freaking mine for 1. Im going to be on to you and I already know your location, its only a matter of time.
Eve people don't like theives like you, I already got tons of emails asking me where u are and people telling me of where ur location. I already know what STATION ur located at. You will surely die vegeta, paddy, and tibor.

I would agree that not everyone deserves that. But some people do, and you're one of them. You've costed people far more than you've lost. How many blueprints did you steal from people? 10? 20? 45?

Tank your not the only one whos been contacted by alot of people, weve recieved offers from various corps to allie with them.

You were an unfair CEO, you reaped what you sowed 3x3 :). It wasnt easy for us to just take off and leave, we gave it much thought for days and ditnt see any other way.
Get over it man, ITS NOT JUST US.. ITS EVERYONE. We had about 5 members leave, they were simply unhappy with how you ran the corp, they have all contacted me today congratulating me!
Every mining operation Tank.. i never saw you out there longer than an hour, you were usually out doing what you do best (losing moas). Setting up blockades and being really happy when you killed an indy with 200 bistot in it, you said that right before you lost your 5th moa right? |

And here we see a classic example of pirate democracy in action.
More so then any other Corp, the captain/CEO of a pirate Corp needs to keep their members happy.
Even if it means putting their needs before your own.
Hope all you Moo guys are enjoying a full democratic management of your Corp, and not just being used as cannon fodder while a few get rich.

Hmm, I am the CEO of my corp and I don't treat myself differently than any other member of my corp. Everyone pays the same price for a Moa no exceptions. Nobody has to wait if they've got money its theirs.
I think a corp that is based on hardwork not priviledge is better, as it is much more fair to the members. It is a shame that even after this incident you still don't understand you can't treat people who work hard the same way as people who don't. Communism does not work.

M3g4 you guys are showing why you cant make any friends except those of convienance that realy dont give a !!#!! about your corp in the long run. Think about the guy you just let in, what was his storey "everyone was mean to me!"? People dont work together for months then screw each other over for the reasons Tank describes. If he was as cool as he says somebody would have let the word out about the immianent overthrow. Hes a jerk, and that makes m3g4 some serious suckers for taking him in.

What you members of FoA, that stole the BP and are laughing now, fail to realize is this:
1) Tank was hand down, your best combat pilot, therefore should be in a cruiser at all times to defend your asses.
2) Being the best combat pilot in your Corp, if I were you, would be looking over my shoulder every second of the day. I feel sorry for you when Tank catches up with you all :)

Moridin Tank wasnt our best pilot, and if he was that shouldnt matter. I lost my Moa to a bug after having had it for more than 2 weeks. When i asked Tank for a new one he said he ditnt trust me in a Moa and id have to wait a week. He also asked if i think i had mined 12 mill (=moa).. im thinking, did he mine 60 mill for those 5 moas?

Over 2 months, I sure as hell did. I never had to mine for your moa's, but I did cause I was a team player. Your a spoiled brat Vegeta. I said you couldn't have your moa for a week because you did not listen to me that day and cost us a loss of ships. Your pathetic.
