Quick Question
Wolf-Rayet Bonuses...
are those BONUSES to SHIELD Resistance?
I looked the numbers up Here
But I am a little confused about the presentation.
Wolf-Rayet = Shield tankers
Pulsar = Armor Tankers
From what i understand, is this confirmed correct?

yes, wolf rayerts are good for shield resists. It is confusing because the people that provided the data are programers, so the data they provide is the real stuff. Having a plus to the armor "bonus" actaully equates to LOWER armor resistances due to the way the formula for armor resists is formulated.
Wormhole thingie does a great job at color codeing what is a bonus and what is a penalty, look it up, version .52 isthe current one as of today.
If it has a SAVE button...I'm not interested. |

No, other way around, I thought that it was this way around but I had a Wolf Rayet system a few days ago, Shield resists were lower than standard and armor resists were higher. Never had a Pulsar though so can't confirm exactly what they affect.
100% certain though that a Wolf Rayet reduces your shield resistances and increases your armor resistances.
On a related note, the Recharge rate +% from a Cataclysmic Variable might seem like a buff but think about it for a bit, addition to your recharge time, lower cap recharge rate. It does however increase your capacitors max capacity, the net effect though is that your overall cap recharge rate should actually end up slightly lower. |

That pulsar data is wrong. The armor resistances are reduced.
Wolf-rayet is a penalty to shield resists, and bonus to armor resists.
Interesting times await... |
