Victoria is a superb pve mission runner using a raven. Great character to jump start from doing missions easily or to nulsec combatant or whatever your heart desires.
 Can fly Caldari, Gallente and Amarr ships very well!!
Excellent Pvp support with Command ship and Leadership skills
Phoenix Dreadnaught ready, Carrier ready in days.
 excellent Drake pilot and killboard stats
Has a decent pvp record of almost 1000 kills, 77 losses
