He flies Gallente.
Dreadnaught and related Jump/Cap. skills, can be flying Carriers immediately, though no fighters skills to date.
Capital Ships to V is all thats needed before he can Train Titan , that and a Titan to sit in
Cov ops
Black ops.
Transports.
Freighters, can train Jump Freighter immediately
Logistics
All Exhumers.
Marauders.
Interceptors.
Heavy Assault Cruisers.
Assault Frigates.
Great Gunnery and T2 Drone/Sentry skills. Ice/Gas/Mining
Can also Gen Covert Cyno.
5 jump clones one with implants, 4 are in high sec, one is in 0.0 in Deklein
Room for improvement in learning and a Neural Remap is available.
Player was anti-pirate so no negative reputation with players , low negative Caldari -0.5 and Ammar -0.6 standings, only real negative standings only are with a few of the pirate factions , has some cross training on some Ammar ships eg: Ass. Frigs.
He is situated in empire in Sinq Liason region with a 1.33 positive sec rating.
I have no time for this character and would not be looking to trade.

I overlooked freighters IV as a prerequisite to 'flying' a jump freighter as opposed to the green tick in the eve skills list meaning he can 'train' that skill.
Sorry if anyone got the wrong idea as I did |

Okay now this character has the prerequisites for jump freighters, Train "capital industrials ships" and he can fly Rorqual, train carriers III and he can be in a Nyx

No haven't trained carriers as yet, never had any real incentive to train it since I hadn't trained fighters or adv. drone interfacing to date
