Im leaving the game and im in the process of cancelling my subscription.
Here's the kicker my password doesnt work and i use their reset function but once i receive the email with their kickass reset your password link.
the link doesnt work and even more fun pressing the contact our support take me to a page that is faulty.
So im paying for a game i dont wanna play and have no way of cancelling my subscription.
You should really fire the guy that is running your homepage. |

Good thing you have auto-login for the forums to make the post then? Else I'm baffled on how you managed to log in with a password that doesn't work.

* check your CapsLock is not on
* check your NumLock is on, or don't use the keypad to type numbers while it's off
* try again in a couple of hours if it's a server-side problem
* and then again the next day

From my experience the database does not sync instantly with a new password process. You have to wait about 3 minutes.
