I would like to sell this character:

He has 10 500 000 sp with perfect learning (full 5/5)
He also has high standing with CoreComplexion and 6 agents:
molecular : 67.84 rp / day
molecular : 52.43 rp / day
molecular : 60.27 rp / day
mechanical : 85.76 rp / day
mechanical : 74.88 rp / day
mechanical : 59.29 rp / day
so the total is 400.47 rp / day
Therefore, his yield is around 1.2b / year
He has positive ss
He will come with positive wallet
I will pay transfer fees
Isk has to be send to him
Starting bid and reserve : 3.8 billions
minimum increment : 100 millions

would make a nice alt char, however 3.8b is very high for this char. Accoring to that I need to wait about 3 years to make up for the money I would pay for it... I can buy a miner for that price and make at least a billion a month rather than waiting a year in order to make 1.2b... R&D toons bring ISK nowhere near to a missioning char or a miner, thus shouldn't go for the same price... just my two cents in order to be fair, still a nice and focused char though...

According to the link, Focus is 4, not 5. Other than that, I think the character is underpriced, if anything, as you not only get perfect learning skills but also a character with datacore passive income.

focus 5 is available within ... 32 min (99.9%).
