Your kidding right, under 6.5m sp toon and you think it is worth 3b starting bid and a 6b b/o, your skills are not good I would say they are poor but really they are not good enough to consider poor.
Want to know why I think that, easy no t2 mining you can use barges but not t2 mining but that is ok because you have no repeat no training to use mining crystals. But yet you try to pass this character off as a miner.
PVP character nope not even close you have so many missing or should I say not trained skills it is a joke. I guess you could sit at a gate camp in a cruiser and hope others kill someone before a stray missile or breeze hits your ship without tanking skills. Cloaking 2 does not a pvper make.
After thinking your character is worth 1b per each 1.06m sp you are willing to trade for a focused miner. Get real man look at what people are geeting for a hulk pilot with a few skills you are not even close to that value.
Sorry all I do not often rant like that but really look at the skills and ask yourself would i pay for this "skill plan", I would not even consider it. One of the best left for last he has injected biology skill but does not have cyber to get even a set of +3 implants to help him skill. En Lighten is the name and I hope he has learned a great deal since this one was started.

Damn dude, read the post before getting angry. He's not asking a 3 bil starting bid, and i got 2.1 for a 5.3 mil hulk pilot. However, would advice you to train all the learning skills to IV. It's a biatch and not a lot of ppl like to train them after they bought a char.
