The character being offered for sale is a very specialized pilot built to be a second character for a PVP pilot. 98 total skills with 83 of them at level 5. He is very good at what he does. See skill sheet here.
As per the rules, the character comes with minimal assets and has a small positive isk balance(less than 10 mil). Positive sec status and no known enemies.
This character will receive the isk and I will pay transfer fee.
Starting bid of 5 billion.
Buyout is 15 Billion.
Bidding will end 2300 Eve time on July 5, 2009
