Hi,
i come on below because I got the same problem. If a CEO is resign his position as CEO, all items and money which is declare to the Corp will be deleted. My suggest would be that all items and money will in that case went to the CEO account.

so you want i so that if a ceo resignes as head cheese that every thing in the corp hangers is sold and given to him as isk , if so then no

No. If the CEO wanted to loot the corp before closing it he would of looted it before he closed it. Therefore anything left in the wallet and hangers is stuff he doesn't want for himself. Meaning that if CCP decided to dump it in his personal hangers, he would be annoyed.

No and Yes.
What I mean is for example.
If you have a corp and you want to close it.
You have items like BPO in some different corp hangars located in different station. Normaly you need to fly to all stations, put the items out there and put it to your private hangar.
If you not do so, all items will be loose, when you close a corp.
In that case, all items are put automaticly to your privat corp hangar.
And Isk on the corp wallet go to your private one.
I hope that's clear...open to discussion

The problem with this idea is, you run the risk of having a dirty CEO.
They wait for everyone to stock up the hangars, and then close the corp. Now suddenly they own all the BPO, ships, items, and ISK in the wallet.
It's better to require someone to manually handle assets, rather than let the game do it for you. The game is quite apt to delete everything and forget it knew you. |

but you have anywhere the problem...if you have a bad CEO and he close the Corp, you will loose all items.
But an other idea was to splitt the items to all members

corp asset window > right click item > move to hanger (or whatever its called.)
