Our forum team is on fire (not literally since the fire alarm has been quiet all day) after delivering these awesome forums. Next week we'll see a batch of additions and small fixes including:
- You will be able to navigate to next DEV/GM post within a thread
- Font size on posts page has been increased to 13px from 12px
- The topic list within a forum will show 30 topics per page instead of 20
I think the forum team deserves some love.

Even then, it'll just be a brief pat on the back.

Thanks for the hard work guys, I know that the first attempt to release the new forums was pretty bombastic but I am pleased that you guys did not give up and are staying the course.
I miss the old forum nostalgia, but like the new modern forum feel.
Lots of room for improvement, but it's a big step in the right direction!

Yep, I'm liking the new forums, the new look and feel, the not constantly being logged out, the integration with Gate. Software is never done but I like what you've done with the place so far. Next up is private corp and alliance forums? Please?

I'm curious, does CCP have any plans to eventually cater to the mobile crowd with these new forums? No need for an app, but it would be nice to maybe pare down the sheer amount of **** that gets loaded so my phone doesn't have conniption fits trying to read it.

1 and 3 are excellent news. 2 should be customizable.
Ask the forum team to try out the stylesheet listed in my signature and see if they find something they could "borrow"... Like the full width or black background... or optional tooltips and likes counter...
...and some (signature) images and colored fonts (which devs/gm's most likely would like to get back also)
You listed 2 good things, but there is still looong way to "some love".
edit: forgot to mention the bbcode parser error and you're ganked error... fix those too .)

Yes. There are plans to make forums for mobile devices and work has actually started on that front. And no, I can't give you an ETA at this time, it's too early for that still.

ETAs are a serious liability in that people tend to beat you over the head with them if you fail to meet them, even though the term has the word "estimate" in it.
