Well you all put your bets on, but i didnt expect them to implode this quick!
Seth got his own way again! Riven folds, and Snake resigns!

So offically, I give up, I give up trying to reassure
corps that STEMP is going nowhere, I give up trying to not have a
massive divide in this alliance, and more importantly I give up any
kind of leadership roles.
As of now Riven is everything and
anything, Diplomacy goes to Riven, Problems goto Riven, Recruitment
goes to Riven, FCing goes to Riven.
I from now will just be like any of the other CEOs.

Well in Riven absence Snake has risen to power snake obviously dose not care what is best for the alliance. He only cares about what will keep him entertained for the next few weeks. I want us to grow and recover from our 2 -3 years of roaming. We need lost of carebear stuff. CAPS mostly. Mins to build parts ISK for fuel to power the towers that build dreads. We need about 6months of just defending our own space and building our forces.
We have some active corps in this alliance that want the same thing. This is the problem everyone talks about on TS and in convos with me. Yet it is never addressed so ààthere it isààTHE PROBLEM.
I am sorry for snapping and grabbing all your stuff. I think its best if I do not get roles for some time. I am not in a good mood. 4 years I have invested in to this game. And I cant even log on and be happy. no matter what happens I consider all of you close friends and will stay in contact no matter what the out come of this is.

Agree totally with the time off to build up, this "lets go here, lets go there" stuff is ******ed. If we are going on campaign it needs to be properly organized and planned with logistics in place before hand, whereas snake is flying by the seat of his pants atm. I would love to step up and have a larger roll in the alliance management but:

3: Quite inexperianced with the higher level alliance management, always just been dealing with the PVP side of the game.

Anyway, thats my 2 cents, i really enjoyed flying/talking **** with you frank and hope we can resolve this to a situation in which you can come back and have fun again.

You know how close I was to telling Chrono to "go live" with the backup forums wiping out the old? I had to think better of it and didn't want to without Riven's approval. From what I usnderstand though, it is all ready to go if/when we need it.
And Ximi....I think you just hit it....Snake is the new Jake Noble (not Mo'Chis like someone mentioned in the member forums) a meteoric rise to power, that goes to his head.

If seth doesn't like the way the alliance is run, and where it's going why doesn't he just leave. From the recording in the other post it sounded like the majority was with snake and helping out in the drone regions then with seth emo raging.

A CEO HAS RESIGNED!!
In an unprecedented move a CEO in Eve has resigned. Can their corp go on? Will their entire alliance fold because of one man? Already members of STEMP are taking action by boxing up all belongings in their cubicles, writing their wills, and jumping from the 2nd floor. As for the alliance teeth are chattering. One employee was heard saying, "Im scared no CEO in EVE has ever resigned. The Goonswarm amongst others have never had any of their CEOs resign and they are the uberest in all of Eve. What will we do with one man no longer being a CEO?"

Well,
Since I have listened to the recording of the meeting and know about the situation before when they attacked Scorched Earth and none of their leaders showed up except 5n4keeyes I came to the following conclusion:
Whoever Lord Seth is. I never had anything to do with him even we worked together a few with Aggro but in the recording itself he made more than a fool of himself. 5n4keeyes was really open to ideas and stuff and tries to keep the PvP going so people who like it don't leave the alliance. As if going around and doing some roaming stuff will be the same as what BoB did. BoB did take or tried to take the territory in their campaigns, not just roam a little and then after a while move back.
I personally dislike people who don't have the guts to step up and get something rolling but try to play the "I-am-the-big-man" card when there are things discussed. Whatever Major Riven convinced to keep him over 5n4keeyes in the alliance is beyond me. If someone is ****ed off, he can quit corp/alliance or emoragequit but as soon as he touches the assets of an alliance he has to go. One way or another. Because he will cause trouble over and over. No commitment but a mouth like never seen before.
If you got characters like Lord Seth in the alliance it's bound to collapse rather earlier than later.

Just as a heads up to all caod readers..
Modena Hacked our forums and stole the database with limited apis and forum pws etc..
so most things that you see or 'quotes' from our forums were prob written by modena in the first place.
and on another note regarding your 'damage control' modena, the egg not enough for you - or are you just hitting your damage control to get more attention?
