I don't want to be too cold, but even here in New Citizens asking for "help with everything" won't get you too far. Eve is a difficult game, and while we're often more than ready and willing to help with specific issues, showing that you aren't willing to do absolutely anything at all to learn any tiny nuance about the game won't earn you any friends.
So if this is a genuine request, please be specific so that we can actually help.
And on the off chance this was moved here by the mistake of the dev who thought it was sincere, trolls aren't welcome either.

Do every tutorial, read every welcome page, join a nice friendly corp that will accept rookies and answer your questions, but the most important thing i found in helping me get to grips with this game...
Read the item descriptions of every single item you get. Read the item description, look at the pre-requisit skills required to use the item, then go to a market and search for those skills, and read about what the skills do.
Here's an example of why it's a good idea to do this. During early missions you will find that enemies, when killed, drop things like "Small nosferatu". I had absolutely no idea what this was, so i read the description, and it was that the nosferatu sucks capacitor power from your enemy into your capacitor. I looked at the attributes and saw that the range is 5,000 meters, and so that told me it can only be used when within 5,000 meters of an enemy.
I went back to a station to fit it and was slapped in the face and told that i couldn't train it until i trained a skill called "energy emission systems". So i bought the skill, trained it, fitted my small nosferatu, and a good time was had by all.
If i hadn't read the nosferatu description, attributes and pre-requisits i would never have acquired this important support module.
So, read the description of every item. Let logic and common sense tell you which ones are useful, learn the skills required for them, and begin using them.

Since you've asked an entirely general question we can only give entirely general answers.
Look at the top of the New Citizen's forum page. There is a link to the New Citizens Useful Threads which contains a lot of guides, some general in nature, others very specific.
Read the guides you are interested in - then - if you have a specific question, come back and ask it.

I did say to ask specific questions. That's not something anyone should ignore.

Heh, been there - done that (haven't we all?) =) Then you learn that npc doesn't suffer from them and you'll go back to suffering.

If you are looking for 'help with everything' the one stop shopping mall I can heartily recommend is EVE university--assistance with everything from research to FC'ing--everything you can do in EVE the Uni has someone who has done it, and can tell you the pitfalls. For all intents and purposes the Uni is the guide that didn't come with the game.
