hello, on july 4th 2009 about 1:00 eve time. my friend col was sitting on a station in FD- in a none combat zone and was afk and had given no one the right to attack him. before we knew it our fleet memebers warped to him to find him bubbled on the station by a phobos and a couple dreads pounding away at him. when i arrived he was just entering structure as me and 7 other MSes tryed extremely hard to keep him alive but there was too much dmg done alrdy and we were unable to save the ship. this should have not happened and ppl quit testing on sisi because of ppl that dont understand wat the rules are. the following ppl broke to major rules 1. NO FIGHTING ON THE STATION 2. PERMISSION WAS NOT GRANTED no consent was given. plz investigate this and i hope the following ppl recieve the proper punishments. i was asked by col a dear friend to post this as his current eve aqqoumnt has just exspired on memebership.

BAN them, they were shooting colw and more people outside station.
Also Elliot almost killed an afk wyvern last day at station as well.

Sigh, Its sad, Alot of rule breakers recently, This isnt the only solo incident, This is one amoung several, Including my friends Officer vargur geting instapoped in BF3 by a dreadnaught :/ Without consent, Just for the loot and the "lols" People should read rules tbh, Anyways /endrant.

lmao either way ccp will investigate the real KM on there server logs im sure so even if i "photoshop" the KM they will know the truth in the end.

Man, that sucks.
I was also attacked in my Tengu the other day, was pounded on by a phoenix (Dai Kyoko) while a rapier (Elliot Manchild) kept me webbed, painted and warpscrammed for him.
These people need to be banned, they've been doing this much too often for it to go unpunished.

i agree. they popped my other char's nightmare outside station for no reason yesterday. and theres definatly no way i could get any of the mods and the ship back unless they do something about them
