Every month on the Third Tuesday, Vancouver EVE Players are invited to meet up!
NEXT EVENT: Tuesday July 21st
Location: New Westminster Boston Pizza, Location and Directions
When: Third Tuesday of every month, starting at 7pm. Goes until closing or when people decide to go home.
What: A gathering to meet your local EVE players, talk about the game, or anything else, bring your EVE CCG Cards and we'll play!
When you arrive, simply tell the host that you're looking for the EVE Players Gathering!
If you have any questions, post them here, or evemail me ingame!

I'll see if I can make this but seeing as I don't have my own car it makes it difficult and I just applied for a new job today and I'm going for an interview tomorrow which I will be working 48hrs/week during the summer. I shall try me bestest for you xorn and garb <3

It's right beside the New West Skytrain Station, so, that makes it easy. If you are where I think you are, you go to Lonsdale Quay, hop the seabus, then get on the train and ride it out.

Any chance of doing one on a Friday or Saturday? Me and a buddy live in Squamish, which is an hour and a half each way, depending on traffic, so coming out in the middle of the work week isn't really feasible, unfortunately.

It's possible, but, the reason Tuesday was chosen was to as not to interfere with people schedules. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are prime gaming days, and many people may not have been able to make it on those days. When this was initially being setup, I asked everyone what days worked the best and Monday or Tuesday seemed to be the concensus.
If we get enough people interested, then perhaps we can do a Saturday event sometime. It had been my intent to do a full weekend event sometime next Spring anyways, but, I haven't yet really tried to figure out what that event would be.
So, we'll see. |

I have FINALLY decided (been debating this since last month's meeting) that I will be coming to this event. I will be driving up from Seattle, WA and I look forward to meeting you all. If anyone else is interested in carpooling from Seattle please send a in-game message to this character and post here that you sent a message. I am looking for a carpool buddy for the company really, gas is no problem, for quite frankly it makes the drive go quicker. :) This is an alt and I do not check it regularly so please post here if you sent a message. |

Except one - the Olympics.

For those interested, I'll be playing the EVE: Conquests board game at Central City Mall in Surrey, right at Surrey Central Skytrain. Come to Craving for a Game for board game night. I'll be there 6:30pm until closing at 9pm. I know its a bit short notice, but hey its a chance to have fun. I may go next week too to get a better idea of how it plays in preparation for the next meet.
