Is it just me or arn't there supposed to be rules? The opening bid is 1bn, the first bid was 2bn, so should the 2bn bid be void? The bid increment is set to 100m, but it leaps from 2bn to 3bn, so shouldn't the 3bn bid be void also?
Meh! I give up. I'm interested in this for entertainment purposes only, but won't bid untill the aforementioned issue has been resolved.

What's to stop a person from bidding more than the required amount? He knows it's going to sell for more than 1 bil. As for the bid increment, that is just to prevent people from submitting bids 1 ISK higher than the previous bidder.

This, bid increments are a minimum so you don't get 20 posts that amount to raising the bid by 20 isk.
