They won't release patch notes before the server is actually down for Inferno patching. If they released the notes early, every trader in Eve would "abuse" the knowledge found from those notes and buy out all the stuff that we would know to increase in price after the expansion goes live... assuming if there was some new info in patch notes that we didn't already know...
This same topic surfaces just before each expansion goes live...  |

The Unified Inventory system for Inferno, which I would recommend everybody tryon SiSi, is going to be the next 'Door' for CCP. What it adds is worthless when we lose so much functionality.-á |

The ex-goon (or is he "ex"??) lead designer "suggested" increased market taxes in his Ten Ton Hammer interview that he had during Fanfest.
He also "suggested" that he had an "emergency stop button" of hammering bounty payouts if the "rampant, runaway inflation" within the Eve economy was not curtailed with the destruction of Incursions. Given that he then proceeded to give drones significant bounties, you can bet that once the May ISK numbers are released, the null sec propaganda machine will kick into high gear again screaming "nerf L4 mission payouts", and naturally, soundwave will begin stating that he must do it to "save the Eve economy". |

Sounds about right. after all ~70% of all accounts are in higsec, and most people run L4s, so nerfing rat bounties and L4 mision rewards would slow down/halt inflation.
