I've never had it.
Perhaps those suffering from it could list their system specs and ISP. Maybe we can find a link.

Windows XP Pro (SP2). ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo (nForce2). ATI Radeon Pro (128Mb). Connecting via 512k ADSL (Netgear DM602 router).
I'm not suffering from this problem.

Originally by: DigitalCommunist well i've had this bug occur once so far, since installing the 5.1 update for nforce, and that was when running two clients.
i'm fully aware of the clock issue too, sometimes my clock resets back 3 hours randomly, and it gives me a black screen in eve.. but its not the same where the screen shakes and packets go through but you dont see anything happening
What version of the BIOS are you using?

Could one of the people having issues with their clock being affected by Eve try the following instructions.
1. Double-click on the clock in your system tray, click on the "Internet Time" tab and untick the box marked "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server".
It should look like this.
2. Click on "Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services" and scroll down to "Windows Time".
Right-click this entry, select "Properties" and on the window that pops up, change "Startup Type" from "Automatic" to "Disabled".
I'm not really sure if this will work or not but its worth a try.
