Ok been chatting to Hupa, i think hes forgotten about this thread,
Date is Fri and Sat 25th and 26th of feb
im definatly going to be there, hupa is going to meet people at the airport, but ill get him to pick a venue we can all meet at.
ill keep this updated.

Robinsons is a good venue does food, good beer most important, not a bad pint of the Black stuff, accross the road from the Europa hotel in the city centre, just a suggestion.

Yeah I got several EVOL members interested in this, need to set a single day for the main meet if you don't mind, and a venue for that night also. Secondary day and meeting place is well, secondary.

Robo fly your ass out to california then and bring Notfer and some others ,we will just head to mexico and get plastered. I REALLY REALLY want to go to this damned thing but I can only afford a one way ticket and I don't think Hupa would like me on his couch for an extended period of time.

For accomadation check out the Northern Ireland Tourist Board at http://www.discovernorthernireland.com/
accomadation ranges from 35 per night etc upwards shop around might get slightly better

OK so still no venue.
If theres still nuffin decided soon its all round my house for a **** up then, LOL
No Seriously where are we gonna go? On both days,
Some ideas are organise the Ozone laser game thingy for a laugh, it least there'll be no lag lol.
NB/ what bar in Belfast is gonna let 10+ guys in together without prior arrangment nevermind 50+ guys.
Whoever is sorting this out really needs to organise summfin soon.

mmmm this is a really good point i can imagine 50 peeps dandering up to the parlour or somesuch:)
we could just have pubcrawls around belfast and have BIG STICKERS with EVE on them then we could throw stuff at people wearing the stickers, like asteroids or rabbits..

neither robinsons nor the parlour are the biggest of bars.. friday nite they would prolly be fine.. but saturday their likely to be a tad crowded.. depending on how many ppl are actually coming ofc..

What about the Bowling place at the odessey cant remember the name but has 10 pool tables and a full bar and does good junk food, you cant also get lots of seating on the balcony overlooking the main area. there's also the other bars ect in the odessey.
just a thought.
