Last night a few friends and I catch wind that our good friends from idle guns got a new loki. Being the gracious people we are we form up a gank and get in posistion. One of our members was on ts and camping with them and offered to help test the pilots new ship. We get him tackled and into deep structure, and then all the sudden he logs and his ship becomes impossible to target. The loki continues to fly in the same direction for an hour while the pilot is logged. We get the killmail, but he keeps his ship. wtf?

Sounds like a win-win to me. You get the killmail, he keeps his ship. You have the chance to blow it up all over again.

edit: its not very nice btw... the ship cant dock or anything anymore. one of our victims petitioned, got back fully geared ship and all we got was a _bugged_ killmail...

Don't fly a tech 3 ship. They're horrible if you take into account the cost of the ship.
