Anyone got any ideas?
One I thought of would be if an alliance has captured a hostile outpost. The previous owners decide that instead of undocking, they will do a non-violent protest in the main station lobby, with the new owners powerless to do anything about it since there is no combat :)

Buy every single bar/shop in Jita 4-4 and charge 1 billion isk for everything.
If they allow frozen corpses on the ambulation part, drag them into all your bars put them in hawaiian shirts, make them hold fancy ****tails and sit them in the chairs. (Noone alive will be there buying drinks for 1 billion isk)
Ride around the main station lobbies on segways. (What?, you never know)
Wear bright pink clothes, make all your npc staff wear bright pink clothes.
Put banners up around the station ordering everyone else to wear bright pink clothes.

You are sitting in a bar reading a "newspaper" while there is a meeting going on between two people, of course while this is happening you're sneakily looking over and pressing the "Print Screen" button.
These pictures are then sold to the highest bidder.
