These kind of things should never happen, if we all sign for a player to be podded, or moved to another system forever, or deleted from the game, or WHATEVER... will ccp do that?

You'll see in the assembly thread he even says that even if it is just moved as a permanent monument that he cannot fly then so be it.

at the end of the day its not as if he can set a DDD off in amarr (as they are tied to 0.0 only) so its effectively a big veldspar chewing machine, i say after all teh work chribba has done let him have it in high sec!
