the "load new ammo" option that pops up when you right click wepons in space is a somewhat unneccesary and annoying thingy in my opinion. It only makes loading ammo slower and can be very frustrating when trying to change ammo in a hurry and the pointer slips just a little bit from the ammo menu so it disappears. It was so much nicer when there were no sub-menus when you right clicked the weapon. All the ammo types in your cargo were there and you could switch ammo without tearing your hair out in frustration. 
please consider this and those of you who agree with me sign this petition.

Well if what she says is true there's no reason for me to sign this one way or another, since the point is near moot probably time to lock this and let it die a natural death.
Stop griping about server instability and go buy an EVE mug!
Additionally with the purchase of each mug you will receive two(2) invisible Elves.

Yea, sub-menues for frequently used functions are typically a BAD idea from ergonomics point of view
I'd prefer if devs cut some other sub-menues as well, such as "refresh folder contents", and the "warp to", simply merge their options with upper menu

Oveur already mentioned that it was a mistake that the menu wasnt removed in the last patch, and will be removed in the next.
