Ping of 35ms, 0% loss. I'm on Pipex, which i think is now owned by Tiscali but run by sensible people.

Sensible people are not allowed to run things. They tend to ask silly questions like "why don't we improve this?" and "couldn't we do this better?".
Sensible people should never be allowed to run things.

buy a new computer and install eve and see if it works.
if it does work then you know its just your computer and not the game. then you can return the new computer you bought

(To put that into perspective, your ISP is now AOLUK) _____________________________________ Haruhiist since December 2008

To anyone still having this issue, i managed to solve it by seting '-TCP' as a launch option, it slows down the login but it works :)

I made a thread about this in an unvisited forum section here.
Also could everyone else with Tiscali problems please post here on their forums and bombard them with complaints to their customer services, including a copy and paste of tracert to 87.237.38.200 (as I have posted in both my Eve-O and Tiscali thread).
I would also really appreciate it if mcdoodle or anyone else could explain how to set that launch option?
Thanks very much.

Probably add it to the eve shortcut target field like so:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\Eve Online\eve.exe" -TCP
Or something like that. _____________________________________ Haruhiist since December 2008
