Members of our other divisions who have demonstrate their loyality and have specialised skills in areas, such as, recruitment, operations management, finances, and diplomacy have the ability to serve their coporation as an Operations Officer, working closly with the CEO and board of directors.
Being Minmatar we know how hard it is for capsuleers to find their way in New Eden so we provide some benefits to corporate members:

Greetings Hunniedust,
New players are welcome - especially if you like to blow stuff up!
The Deadbeats are a small but hardcore pvp corps in the US/EU time zones. We are a relaxed, mature crew with lots of RL commitments - so we have no mandatory duties or minimum hours.
We are presently engaged in FW with the Minmatar Republic, and take occasional merc work for fun and money. Militia fleet ops happen around the clock, and the on-demand pvp provides all the action any hard-boiled warrior can handle.
Benefits include signing bonus, KB bonuses, free 60 Day GTC for top killer of the quarter, and free ship insurance for tech 1 ships. And did we mention, The Deadbeats don't pay taxes - you get to keep all of what you kill.
Only caveat: You must have 1.0 or higher Minmatar Faction standings - or be willing to get there (and we can help). These standings keep us in FW and are required to plant more POS.

Trade Vexil is the little brother to Ad Astra Vexillum which is a veteran 0.0 based corp thatÆs part of Scorched Earth Alliance. Vexil is a smaller family style corp and Texil has been formed in part to help cultivate players for 0.0 space but also as an Empire home. The two corpÆs have a shared channel with which we can all get to know each other and form an even stronger family.
Though Texil is a young corp at this time we have a strong base thanks to our big brothers.
We have already begun building our Industrial backbone by having a corp Ore buying program, corp Orca and soon a corp Freighter. We plan to have at least one POS up for research within the next month and hope to start production soon after.
A strong Industrial backbone is only our starting point to being able to produce for Missioners , Miners, PvPers, and Explorers. We welcome anybody from the newest noob to the oldest veterans to come join us in a very laid back environment. You can participate in the Group Missioning Ops, Small Gang Ops, Mining Ops or you can sit back and kick it while you do your own thing.
We have forums /killboard available for communication and tracking purposes. We also have jumpclones available already with one of the local NPC Corps. If you are looking for a place to call home with learning and growth opportunity into all aspects of Eve including a door to 0.0 we might be the place for you.

Sup mate, we do run missions however that is a personal choice. As a corp, we do lots of pew pew & war with a good industrial side of us too. We can help you develop skills & replace lost ships.
We stared doing some wormhole exploration & shooting down complexes where there can be a ton of money to be had.

If you want to be along for the whole ride from highsec into 0.0 then I think you'd like spending time with us.
