While I'm sure there will be plenty of setups in this thread, there will be none that you could fly with a month old character. If you wish to assist to help your corpmates, you can come along in a cheap T1 frigatet or and Interceptor if you've trained it and offer to tackle or scout.
Alternatively you can try getting into a cruiser for some dps or support, and there are some logistic cruisers (ones made for remote repping and shield transfers) which can assist heavily to other small ships in the gang (Tacklers, HICs, HACs, HICs and other smaller support)
If you specialize into a battleship, while it will take a good bit to get going, you can be in a battleship within a few months. But don't feel down though, a battleship is a huge sink of time and money, and one that can not be so easily replaced so early on in your eve career. Give it time and you'll have more Battleships than you can lose (I still play with one megathron at a time, but I rarely think I should be in one, after a few months ingame I still mostly fly Cruisers, Battlecruisers and below) ________________________________________________

I'm going to assume this is for shields.
[Osprey, Bishop-H] Co-Processor II Co-Processor II Reactor Control Unit I
Medium F-RX Prototype I Capacitor Boost, Cap Booster 800 Invulnerability Field II Invulnerability Field II Large Shield Extender II
Large S95a Partial Shield Transporter Large S95a Partial Shield Transporter
Hornet I x4
Downgrade to Medium arrays if you don't have the fitting skills. Replace T2 with the best named to can afford.

Try blackbird, cheap and effective, but requires alot of player skill not to get popped. With one month old char you shouldnt be in bs in pvp /it is about pvp right?/.

Given the thread title ("Caldari Remote Repair Battleship") and your age in game, I do hope that you are mainly asking so that you can figure out a plan for the long term. The answer of which is "best" among the Caldari ships also depends on what sort of RR fleet you want to join. Is this for PvPing, or for PvE (i.e. L5s/Sleeper sites)? Also, shouldn't you be asking your corp? If they are already doing enough RR fleet work for it to be an issue they must have learned about the topic already, haven't they?
The main issue with Caldari ships in RR fleets is that BS-sized RR is almost exclusively done with armor repping, and Caldari ships do not have enough low slots to fit the large armor buffer tanks that make RRing work so well. So the unfortunate truth is that for armor RR Caldari BSes are weaker than "best in class" ships for the other three ship lines. That said, you can set up any of the Caldari BSes for RR work.
The Scorpion can be quite effective because it can fit ECMs in addition to RRs. ECM jamming can be thought of as 'proactive' RR since it stops the damage before it is even done. However a Scorp will (1) be primaried quickly, and (2) only has 4 lows so its buffer will be terrible. Expect to die quickly in most fleet PvP settings. In a PvE setting smart corp planning and tactics can take most of the risk away.
The second choice would be the Raven, and I think I see more fittings for RR Ravens posted than the others. It has a 5th low so it has room for more buffer, and more missile hardpoints for weapons, but loses the ECM capability. You lose a lot of utility for a bit of survivability, but it seems to be considered a fair tradeoff by many.
The third Caldari BS is the Rokh. I have not seen many (any?) Rokh RR fits, probably due to its bonuses not being suited to the task and the cap use of its hybrids. If you want to try it, go ahead and lose a few to see what you think.
P.S. Someday I hope to see an all-Caldari shield RR BS fleet in action, but for now that is just a pipedream.

What so < meta level best named items are EFT warrior fits? That MWD is just a named variety of the Tech 1, no big deal with that, less PG requriement.

You got any idea how stupid you look when flaming others because of your own lack of knowledge?
It depends a bit what is available on the market for what price when i buy my BS, but enough of them use quad MWD's. Roughly equal performance to t2 mwd (bit less capacitor when fitted, but also bit less activation cost), but far cheaper. And t2 mwds keep rising to stupid levels.
