Pretty sure EVE already has official rules laid out. I vaguely remember ignoring them and clicking the "I agree..." box when I signed up.
This would more fall under the unofficial rules category.

actually i should have made rule #1 Dont talk about Caod. Granted dont talk about the rules is just as funny, I am going for a 50-50 split of serious rules vs funny ones.
Now that I read the list, if a lot of people actually followed these, there wouldnt be all that much whining or QQ in game.
Anyway Guys, give me about a week or two here to get some screen shots, after that I will be posting some motivational posters in My EvE about the rules.

Your rules suck.
Tiny bit of risk = DO NOT DO AT ALL.
If everyone followed those rules to the letter I'd have have quit Eve years ago from tears of boredom.
