I just tried to pay my account and it turned to german or something and i cant read it or get it back WTF?

Dies ist wie man das l÷sen -> Geben Sie Account-Name, Passwort, drncken Sie die Eingabetaste, akzeptieren die Bedingungen und ModalitSten, die von CCP, geben Sie mit Charakter und schlieŻlich traf einmal entkommen und Ingame-Schalter Sprache von Deutsch auf Englisch, einfach nicht wahr?

Ingame: Esc->Sprache->English

You can read it though, just not understand 
If it's a website problem, try going into accounts and pressing on the little flags.
I don't know what the rebels are up to, but they have a flag.

From where are you logging in? The website seems to think you are from germany (IP-wise).

In the upper right corner, there are flags. You now probably have a US flag up there instead of a German one. Click that and you'll end up in the English area again. At least that's how I think it'll work.

This bad design pattern is on a lot of company web sites.
Dell for example if I want to order and deliver to where I am it thinks I want that machine configuration and its all in that language. No seperation of language and location. Same with american systems, any address outside america or phone numbers or any non US letters. it screws up.
Bad web and system designers. Period.
Lucky the (crap) usability designer at CCP left (or got fired). One thing he was not and that was a useability expert (which he claimed to be on his resume).
