Heya,
i¦m going to join a new alliance which is located in Angel 0.0 space. Comming from the NC, i am used to get my money from plexes vs. Guristas for which my Ishtar was very handy.
Now vs. Angels the Ishtar is crap (0% base explo armor resistance), what would be the best ship to fly when entering even harder Angel 0.0 plexes?
i thought about the Nighthawk, but no ship seems to get a really good performace when fighting Angel. What would be you ship of choice?

Ishtar is fine, just shield tank it instead...
OR

...the obvious choice is a minny ship, explosive damage from fusion rounds, warrior drones - passive hurricane works well, and if you have CS trained a Sleipnir has a sick tank vs angels...

use the Sac. Awesome exp/ kinetic armor tank. Low sig radius. However quite average dps...

Generally, shield tank for good EXP/KIN resists and do EXP/KIN damage.

Sac is your best bet for a T2 ship, but you could use the rest of the Amarr T2 line as well. Nice thing about the Sac is that the Angels like to come in close, so it saves you some time getting into range.
Also, ratting in a PVP fit is win.

You would be amazed how good the zealot is against angel.
Unless it has changed in time, but the zealot has a good explosive resist.
I admit, i havent flown a zealot for a long time, maybe they nerfed this already?
