Edited by: Jaabaa Prime on 30/09/2004 17:50:47 I've written a small program that processes your character skill sheet (XML DATA) and presents it in an HTML table, which you can also save.
The training times are cumulative, so you can see exactly how long you need to get to each of the levels. There is a small file called "skills.xml" which has a fairly simple structure and defines a skill's class, rank and the attributes it uses. So when you have a skill that the program doesn't know about, it's very easy to include it in this file.
You'll need Java Runtime 1.4.x to start it.
The program doesn't contact anything, you have to download the XML file yourself.
It's pretty basic but it suits my needs, and tells me exactly when a skill would finish training if I were to start it at the time of loading the XML file. BTW, the dates and times displayed in the table are for your local time zone, not EVE (UTC) times.
You can get it here: Jaabaa's Java Skills Program.
EDIT: Updated to take the advanced learning skills into account. -- Intergalactic Teeth Pullers "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." Albert Einstein |

After installing Java the eveskills.jar file should have the type "Executable Jar File", just double click this and the program will start. -- Intergalactic Teeth Pullers "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." Albert Einstein |

Edited by: Jaabaa Prime on 29/09/2004 15:35:20 It would appear that your download was incomplete.
Just grab it again, the file is fine. -- Intergalactic Teeth Pullers "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." Albert Einstein |

Updated to take the new learning skills into account when calculating the training times.
I also added the new Trade skills to the skills.xml.
Please let me know if you have any deviations in training time from those shown in game. -- Intergalactic Teeth Pullers "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." Albert Einstein |
