Must have;
HAC 4
T2 Heavy Drones (Berserker + Ogre)
T2 Tank with Hull Upgrades 5
Energy Man + Energy Systems at 5
Budget is 3-4 bil max so no 30 mil Character links please.

You might wanna check this one out.
Has t2 sentries instead of heavy but sentries are better in my opinion :)

mine is cheap, but does not come whit t2 drones yet. that some thing u have train ur self.

Thanks for the links ppl.
I'm really liking the idea of T2 heavies as I like to scout around and loot, sentries slow me down having to return to them.

Mai can use Gallente and Minmatar T2 heavies, is level 2 on amarr and Caldari drone spec atm, needs 4 to use the heavies.

Agent Mai - your char is perfect but with a few to many SP for my budget, I could possibly go to 5 bil for you however i don't think you will sell at this price.
