ehhh maybe 600-1bil for complete fit after 1st then eventually 300mil altogether that sound right?

When/if T3 frigs are released I seriously doubt I'll ever use a strat cruiser again.

Thing is, a cruiser got a lot more roles for it hull in EVE tehn a frig. A frig is more or less a tackler. Its what it does best. cruisers can either prodive damage, ewar, heavy tackling, logisitcs. An a T3 cruiser juggling these aspects together makes for something more versatile then a simly T3 tackler ;).

Well I personally would love a T3 frig with the same DPS as a HAC.
I mean AF's can be set up to do cruiser like DPS, so it would be interresting if a T3 frig could do HAC dps

They should have thinked twice putting that skill losing part... They never will be in wide use other than pve.

Very very wrong.
The only restriction is the current price.
That skill loss in minor and trivial compared to the possible benefits.
