Inquisitor Cerberuso	Posted - 2009.07.16 18:41:00 - [1] I am becoming increasing disturbed byt he practices of the uni and lack of standards within the corp and outside, namely in their public channel... Their public channel is used by new players and old to share and get advice from other players, I am one who likes to offer help to new players, however over the last few a months a certain player as been getting his head rather stuck up his behind.. Jonny 101 Now I know he has a right to grief and scam, I have fallen for the former, having been kicked out from many corps, just by this guy having 'a word' with my CEO, this I honestly could not careless about.. My concern lies with the fact that Jonny 101 seems to use this very public channel to find new victims, which is totally against the uni's code of practice, if it was any other player he would of been removed a long time ago.. so this is my ultimatum, remove his access to the channel, still accept gifts and donations if you so wish, but we should be allowed to help other players without such threats! You have a long time to comply as I respect the uni, 3 months, failure will simply mean that myself and a few other supporters with withdraw our support to the eve uni versity.. you claim to be neutral, but currently you seem to be siding with the likes of the criminal kind.. Never thought it would come to this, but a charity should not accept dirty money.. Operations are in place ready to distrupt the work of the uni, if you should take agressive action towards myself or the other supporters.. IC

Also due to his experience with 'bad guys' (fighting boldly against them of course!), he is able to offer a fountain of knowledge to the fledgling pilots who often frequent Eve University's public channel. While there have been many claims and my efforts made by many disgruntled people to tarnish Jonny's good name on the forums, his only actions that I have witnessed first-hand have been those of charity and good-will. Because of all these clear demonstrations of character and ethics, it is my opinion that he should be made welcome wheresoever he may choose to go.

First of all, our public channel is open to all pilots in Eve, as long as they are non-hostile to the University itself, and agree to leave any problems with any other inhabitants outside. This is our definition of neutrality - we simply don't get involved with other peoples conflicts or problems when they do not directly involve E-UNI members. Secondly, Johnny is certainly a regular in the channel, and (at least so far) has been friendly and helpful to E-UNI members, wowing them with his exploits and running the occasional event or competition.
