Just wondering which Mothership is outright the best... I have been the Wyvern but I have not experience with motherships and was just curious...

i lots of people ina nyx (i think because of the fighter/drone bonus) and i see lots in the Aeon aswell because of the resist bonus

The drone damage is widely considered a wasted bonus on Gallente carriers.
There isn't really a best one, they're all better suited to different things. IIRC; Caldari have fairly strong local tanks and are good on pos repairing, Minmatar can rep either type, Amarr do great in predominantly armour fleets.

the damage bonus on the nyx is pretty good
the damage bonus on the thanatos is pretty bad

Ok, now you got me curious. Could you expand on this consideration please? Not that I'm into Moms but I would have thought that any increase to damage via bonuses would be welcomed.
