My tabs in my hangar get very cluttered with items. It would be great if I could have folders kinda like windows explored does on Windows. How exactly can you do that in a POS? I think station containers do it in stations, but how can you do it in a pos?

You can use Giant Secure Containers - they only have 3,900m space though and fill quickly.
If you have a Freighter, you can fly General Freight Containers to the POS - they have 120,000m3 of space (12% of the space a Station Container has, but still quite big).

No, I'm talking about IN the corporate hangar, not around the pos. I want to be able to have folders in my tabs in the corporate hangar. I thought people do this already. People do it in stations I know.
Can you right click a container while it's in the corp hangar and open it to put in new stuff? Thats what I need.

Every Corp hanger is divided into 7 sub-hangars. This happens in a station, outpost, corp hangar array in a POS, or corp hangar in a capital ship.
There are no sub-folders, other than the standard 7 tabs that are in any corp hanger. The 7 hangars (or tabs) are named by the CEO and are the same for all corp hangers in that corporation (e.g. a Titan pilot can't name his 7 hangars differently - they have the same names as the hangars in the corp offices in stations).
You can place containers in the hangers if you want - that's the only way to further sub-divide the hangers.

Yea, EvE is pretty much lacking in terms of hanger organization. Sure you can use cans but this breaks asset searching and cans are a fixed size whereas with the folder analogy, you can put as many files in a folder as you like till your hard drive fills up. Another fun fact, if you open the corporate hanger on a fleet-members Orca who is in a different corp, the tabs are named the way they are in _your_ corp not his so if he asks you to put the ore in "Tab A" and all you see is "Tab 1-7" he has to explain "<sigh> the first tab on the row that has only 3 tabs". I'm sure the reason it is this way has something to do with they way they organize their database but I still think this feature of the game needs a major revisit.
