And I got that damn quest from Moira where you gotta take the observer into the Mirelurk den and plant it in the egg sacks. So off I go to do my task.
Well on the way I had to stop at the GNR plaza and talk with 3 dog and apparently I dropped the observer while I was there but all was not lost.

Mostly you'll need Umpa's animation mod found here. There are many others though that you may like.
Other than that Sony Vegas Studio and Fraps

So not only did FO3 try it's best to ruin BoS by making them into little girlscouts with attitudes straight from Swords&Sorcercy genres, now there's mods to make them little prancing princesses as well?
Just when I thought FO couldn't sink any deeper.
