So.. if i do some missions for an agent in lets say a.. 0.3 system will i be sent to do missions in or go through 1.0 systems?
I wanna do some lvl 3 missions.. so can i do it or do i need to pharm npcs for 1 month to get to -1.9 ?

depents on a lot of things... if you finde agent where there is over 6-7 jumps to the nearest hige sec system you should be fine as long as it isnt a cuirer mission agent...
but check the route before you accept the mission

A friend got sent into a system he couldn't enter without gankage, but it rarely happens.

Just find a 0.3 system who's far away from any 1.0 and run kill missions and you should be fine. These are nearly always 0-3 jumps away.

Or perhaps got to a 0.0 system and kill about ten battleships. that should fix any of your problems and will take you about 3 hours.
