Refuge of Hope
At Refuge of Hope, we believe that EVE should be a relaxed yet purposeful experience for everyone.
Refuge of Hope is currently looking for active EVE-players that like a casual playing style, combined with some structure to give playing some purpose. Currently at 20+ members ItGÇÖs our goal to grow to 30 members within the next few weeks to fuel our growth plans.
If you see yourself as an industrious entrepreneur, we can guide you with the most lucrative mining, manufacturing and trading strategies.
If your persona is born to kill, we can train you to become one of the most lethal pilots in New Eden. Experienced members will guide you on how to be effective under fire, either against high-level mission hostiles (PvE), or during critical engagement against other capsuleers (PvP).
What we offer- Fun en mature environment, with experienced players and room for making errors. We make them daily and advance in playing eve that way.
- Structure and goals in yet a loose setting, no mandatory ops. In any case, we will not force you with responsibilities, or make you feel guilty with the level of involvement you prefer. Instead, we welcome your creativity on how you want add values to the corporation.
- All timezones presence with active players (AU TZ are very welcome due to low presence now)
- Loyalty program, you get shares in the corp to have a part of the profits
- Ship replacement, If you lose your ship during cooperative missions or while defending our corporation in wars, your sacrifice will never go unnoticed. In this new program, Refuge of Hope will replace your loss and help you get back into the heat of battle.
- Teamspeak voice communications (not required unless you want to PvP)
- access to WH life and serious PvP-ing through our allies. Not ready yet? Come join us to get acquainted in a safe environment.
Regular ops- Mining ores and ice with buy schedule (Jita buy prices)
- Mission running level 4, dedicated loot and salvaging for speed
- Exploration, running plexes
- PvP-roams

So I'm a returning player from about 1-2 years back. I have no idea what my SP is (though I can fly a decently fitted Drake). Used to fly lvl 4 missions with a small group of friends but school and other things had me drop off the EVE radar.
Probably looking to pursue a EVE career in industry/PvE though open to anything that sounds fun and has a decent chance for profit. Fairly laid back I will probably be most accessible on the weekends. Your corp sounds what I'm looking for to jump back into the game.
Now if you'll excuse me I've got a dusty old Drake to get back into working order. The warp drive is shot and I think there's some sort of space spider nesting in the launch tubes.  |

Well I've only recently started playing Eve, mainly because i didn't understand it fully when i first brought it!
But now i think im getting along quite well.
I'm quite interested in mining, as most of my skills have gone into that (and i've wasted alot of time mining too)
Im not exactly what i should put here in all honesty!
Live in England So GMT for me!
I'm quite active.
I don't talk much, but i always talk when talked to ( normal for quite a long time!)
I've got a Mining Barge Procurer (i'm really cheap at the moment, every bit of isk counts!*)
Currently using an Osprey for mining, and a badger mark II for Hauling (With Beta Hull Mods too)
Anything else you want to know, let me know!
*I got my Eve Sub for a discount hence the cheapness!

I joined Refuge of Hope months ago when I knew almost nothing about EVE gameplay.
Being a postgrad student, I knew I can't commit as much time on EVE as most other players. I was worried that I won't be able to enjoy being in a player-run corporation.
In ROH however, that is not an issue. I've never felt out of place, even as a casual player.
That's because this corp embraces flexibility in commitment: you can freely choose how much you want to get involved, and how you want to contribute to the group. Members in ROH are also very friendly in helping me learning the game slowly, at my own pace. The environment within the corp is pretty relaxed and fun.
That doesn't mean ROH has no focus as an EVE entity. We are pretty ambitious. By listening to inputs from members, our CEO has set long term goals for us, and he is driven to guide the corp towards achieving them.
Whether you're new to EVE, or an experienced pilot looking to be part of a rising young corporation,
Refuge of Hope is the one you're looking for.

I did a lot of research before joining a Corp. I was looking for a casual Corp that understands we have a RL yet still focused on getting things done in Eve.
Everyone has been very helpful and quality of members is outstanding. Noob or grizzled veteran this is a great crew of people to play the game with.
