Someone asked earlier, and I think it took about 13-15 min or so from the confirmed point/bubble to the field was pretty much clear.

'would have died' is rather hard to prove either way 'would have lived' however is much more definate so name one ;) fact is, there isn't a single dead titan who would be alive if he had spent 'x' more billions on some cap mods or whatever
