Then if u like what you see and you dont think there is a scam you "claim escrow". But there is also an old fashioned way of doing it, "open trade window" "offer money" and dont click "ok" unless he putted in the imp arma and you infoed it. Anything apart from that really deserves you beeing scammed and tbh you should lose the other 300 mil for even thinking a pirate might play "fair". Afterall he is a pirate. His business is to ransom and kill ppl. Honor will apply if its related to his income, the ransomning (cause its already hard enough in eve with 100% insurance) but this doesnt imply that he cant ore thief, shipscam, randomly gank or even use any other dirty trick in the book to have fun.
